Step 1:
draw a long, curved line from the bend in the curvy line. Then, draw another line further up to make the other side of the strand.

Draw 4 more strands same as the previous but make them a little thin.

Draw the bottom of the braid by first making a rectangle and then using two curved lines coming down that nearly meet each other on the endpoint.

now draw another type of braid by making y- shaped structures below each other.

Connect the sides of the line structure by making a curvy line in every step.
Step 8:
make a small rectangle at the end of the braid.

Now Draw the bottom of the braid using two curved lines coming down that nearly meet each other on the endpoint.
Step 10
draw detailing to the braid and colour the rectangle part of them with red and pink colour.
